Lots of kids go hog wild in the college cafeteria buffet or eat junk food for every meal. If you keep doing that, you are bound to gain weight and you likely won’t feel very good or healthy either. Try to learn how to eat more nutritious choices and limit the junk food so you have plenty of energy to meet your busy schedule. You don’t want to be having to buy new clothes at college unless it’s to look cool, not because your waistline grew three inches! So pay attention to what you eat!
