6. Take care of your personal health
Part of being able to get good grades and have fun while you are in college involve taking care of yourself so you can be in good health to do it all. Getting the right amount of sleep each night ensures you are awake and alert in class. You won’t be able to follow a lecture if you are falling asleep during the lecture.
Sleep is also part of the equation to good health, eating right is also essential to your health. Don’t skip meals so you have more time to party or study. Getting well balanced meals helps keep your immune system and your energy up so that you won’t get sick. If you get sick you miss critical class hours.
