Being able to apply theories learned in computer science courses in order to develop and design top notch software not only places you ahead of the curve, but allows you to remain in front of it for the foreseeable future. Being able to keep with all of technology’s constant changes is important. While you can get your foot in the door with an associate’s, the vast majority of employers will prefer that you acquire some meaningful job experience to go with your degree before giving you a chance.
